Normally my food is brilliant , always fresh, always delicious and hot. Unfortunately this time it was cold, so I had to heat it up , also the chicken was tough and the madras was more like vindaloo so my son didn’t eat his.

Ordered 31/12/25 around 7pm. At 9PM nothing arrived. Tried to ring the restaurant several times but either engaged or not picking up. Spoke to Feed me Online customer service who were not very helpful but stated we will get a refund. After 11 or so the delivery appeared which we of course not accepted. Looking for a refund instead
